Facebook has announced to make the interaction between the fan and the admin even better. Facebook has introduced Facebook Mentions
- A new facebook creations lab app that makes it easy for public figures to talk with their fans and each other on the go.
Some other features includes-
this lets the admin to see what fans are saying about you and lets you join the conversation, along with posting udates, sharing photos and videos or hosting a live Q&A.
-The app allows to get streamlined notifications about your posts, including mentions from other influencer or media.
-The main problem that lies with the admin is that Mentions is Currently available for people with verified pages in U.S.
-If you are an admin of a verified page you can request access to mentions directly.
If you are a public figure you can also download the iPHONE APP to access request.
